If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy has been designed to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Reasons
- Seller-Fault Returns: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Customer-Requested Returns: If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days, provided they meet return conditions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable items or grocery products must be unopened and sealed to qualify for a return.
- Any return must include all original accessories, labels, and documentation.
Damages and Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting nuvantry@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
- Perishable goods that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a seller error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us at nuvantry@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. We will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label if the exchange is due to our error.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without providing any reason. Refunds
